Our Head of Happiness wishes Merry Christmas!
Pompi is elected employee of the year 2021.
May I introduce myself briefly? I am Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus, but you can call me Pompi.
I've been Head of Happiness at Vrobel since January and have crept straight into everyone's hearts. One of my tasks is to put a smile on the faces of all employees every day and to ensure that they are in a good mood.
In addition, during our short breaks, I make sure that everyone gets regular exercise and goes out into the fresh air with me - without any self-interest, of course. My payment comes in the form of petting and treats, for which I always say "please". But I also earn them by helping with the office clean ups by carrying paper to the container.
I am very pleased to hold this year's title of "Employee of the Year".
