Head of Customer Care: Andreas Marzec
We introduce our employees.
Andreas has enriched the AK Europe team since September 2018 and is a true all-rounder. Since April 2022 he belongs to the existential employees of AK Europe.
After his apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and the subsequent time as a marine soldier in the German Federal Armed Forces, Andreas was able to gain experience in various professional areas.
Away from the slopes, Andreas scores with his calm manner and looks after the "Customer Care" and "After Sales" areas. When it comes to seemingly unsolvable tasks, he is the right person to go to, for all employees and customers. True to the motto "There's no such thing as can't", Andreas implements his ideas with a great deal of creativity and innovation.
His flexibility, versatile readiness for action as well as his open and friendly manner are a real enrichment for the team.
