All activities connected with the repair or maintenance of vehicles manufactured by VROBEL Sp. z o.o. may only be performed by the VROBEL factory service department or by an external unit that is a Licensed Service Partner of the manufacturer (list of units below). The persons appointed for such activities must have the necessary technical knowledge and all the necessary workshop equipment.

Basic information can be accessed by all interested individuals and independent service providers.

Detailed technical information on vehicles, in the cases described in Annex XIV, Article 61 paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018, is provided only upon request after sending an official question to the email address service@ak-europe.de.

VROBEL is not liable for work carried out on the basis of the technical information contained on the website under ‘REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION (RMI)’, carried out by unlicensed partners and outside the VROBEL factory service.
